Mornin’ Smoothie

Hello dear friends,

I hope all is well in your homes and hearts, I’m happy to say it is over here! I had to share with you all my smoothie I make every morning. This past year has been such an eye opening one of how important it is to eat healthy, and I’m such a strong encourager to others to join in, especially those battling a sickness of any kind. It can truly change how you feel and think if you just feed your body real and true nutrients!

So what are the benefits of all these yummy foods?

  • Tumeric– Natural anti-inflammatory, improves digestion, aids in healthy skin, helps metabolism speed up.

  • Cinnamon– Alertness, memory, and cognitive development (really needed after brain surgery hee hee), aids weight loss, treats cold, sore throat and cough, virus fighter. Aids digestion, relieves headaches, weigh loss, boosts metabolism, cold and flu fighter.

  • Vanilla Organic Protein -filled with the healthiest plant based protein, fills you up, aids in digestion, gives you energy, no sugar, and tastes so yummy.

Recipe:

  • Dash of cinnamon, turmeric and cayenne. As much as your taste buds can handle!

  • 1 Serving of Organic Vanilla Protein

  • 1 Tablespoon Brain Octane

  • 1 Serving of Superfood Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocao Nibs

  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed

  • 1/2 Cup of Kefir

  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds sprinkled on top.

  • 1 Cup of water, unsweetened coconut milk, coconut water..

  • Couple Ice cubes

  • 1 Banana

Blend all together then lastly add the Chia seeds on top for a nice little crunch! It tastes so yummy and there’s no sugar in it!
